Janice M. Elmquist

Janice M. Elmquist received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary and a Law Degree from the University of Victoria.  After several years working with a large downtown law firm and, subsequently, with a mid-sized downtown law firm, Janice decided in 1996 to establish a community based firm to provide more accessible services for her clients. 

Janice has over 19 years experience in the areas of Wills and Estates law and Business law, the focus of her current practice with Elmquist Law Office.  She is a member of the Law Society of Alberta and the Canadian Bar Association  and has given numerous seminars on the topic of wills and estate planning.

Janice is active in the community.  She is a past President and Director of Savoir Faire Professional Women’s Club, founding member and director of and a member of Women of Global Action.  In 2007, she biked in Lance Armstrong’s Livestrong Challenge to raise funds to support cancer survivors.
